UK SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1-5 working days unless otherwise stated. During launches, promotions or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from the UK. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
